1. New Student? Don't Know Your Username/Password?

  • Username: If you don't know your ACU student username you can obtain it by going to http://my.acu.edu/email.
  • Password: The default password for new ACU students is the last 6 digits of the bar code on the back of your student ID card. You should change your password for account security.
  • Students call Team55 for assistance at (325) 674-5555.
  • Faculty/Staff call the Helpdesk for assistance at (325) 674-4357.

2. Did You Enter Your User ID and Password Correctly?
Omit the @acu.edu extension when you enter your username. Your password is case sensitive, so be sure your caps lock key is off.

3. Forget Your Password?

  • Students: To reset your password to the last 6 digits of the bar code found on the back of your student ID card, call Team 55 at (325) 674-5555.
  • Faculty/Staff:  To reset your password to the last 6 digits of the bare code on the back of your ID card, call the Heldpesk at (325) 674-4357.

4. Are You Using the Correct Browser?

  • PC Users: Use Internet Explorer 7 or greater, or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or greater
  • Mac Users: Use Mozilla FireFox 2.0 or greater
  • AOL Users: You cannot use the AOL browser. You must connect to the Internet, minimize your AOL browser window and run one of the browsers listed above.
